This Productivity Trick Cut My Workload in Half

We are a busy bunch. As entrepreneurs and business owners, we have more projects than time. We have dreams and visions, projects and plans. We have families we wish to spend more time with, places to travel and a bucket list of things we want to accomplish before the day we leave this blue marble called earth.

There are 24 hours in each day. We can sleep less, organize more, shuffle things around, but it seems no matter what we do, we can’t seem to accomplish as much as we want… not to mention, we are constantly adding things to the to do list. We simply can’t squeeze any more time out of the day.

Forget teaching a man to fish, just create more fish.

It’s disheartening to face your to do list each morning only to have it double before lunch and then reach the end of the day with tasks overflowing into the next day.

I needed a solution… then the answer became crystal clear…

INTRODUCING Clonomatic™ – A revolutionary personal cloning device!

YES! You can finally have another 24 hours a day. Have someone help who you fully trust to do the job and do it right, the first time—YOU!

Create another you – get more done.

I wish it were this easy, but unfortunately cloning isn’t quite ready for humans yet. Just like Jesus trained up 12 disciples in order to get more done, we too have to duplicate ourselves in other people—“teaching men to fish”.

For many years, I have been providing small business owners with marketing and branding solutions for their business. It’s satisfying knowing that I have helped a business grow. When I see a company that needs assistance, I take on the work regardless of how busy I am. Over the years this has led to a busy schedule, and putting customers first, projects would play second fiddle.

To grow a business, it requires help. Trying to “do it all” only leads to burnout. Working 20 hours a day is not sustainable for a long-term solution. Being at full capacity, I have gone the route of freelance help. I am in close contact with them through each project to ensure consistency. It’s easier than having employees and has freed me up to grow my business even more. I am not saying I won’t go the route of employees in the future, but for now, it works well.

Without training others to take on the mission, Jesus would never have impacted the world in the way He has. In the same way, I must train others to take on the mission and vision… and truth is, there are many more qualified people than me willing to take the baton and run with it.

Since Facebook released their IPO a few years ago, the need to be more profitable for their investors became evident. I get that. After all, they’re a business. My company has been providing social media management for small businesses for years now, but unfortunately Facebook has made it difficult to reach potential clients without spending money on Facebook ads. To grow our client’s pages, we needed to increase Facebook advertising as main ingredient of our packages. Over time we have been phasing out our social media management packages in lieu of a better solution—training our clients how-to properly use social media. We found using our experience and knowledge allows us to help more small business owners than before, by training them to manage their social media profiles on their own.

We are tailoring a Facebook course targeted at growing small business pages. If this is something that interests you, enter your email below and we will notify you the moment it becomes available.
