Todoist allows you to manage tasks and projects with real time syncing. We use it on our computers, laptops and smartphones. Great for small business, it allows you to share and collaborate on tasks with co-workers, set scheduled items, recurring items, add notes, prioritize regardless of location! At home. At school. At work. Online. Offline. And across 15+ platforms.



A great social media management tool. Manage social networks, schedule messages, engage your audiences, and measure ROI right from the dashboard. It also allows for bulk scheduled uploads and works with Facebook profiles & pages, Twitter, Instagram, Google+ profiles & pages, Linkedin and more!



Dropbox is a service that keeps your files safe, synced, and easy to share. Bring your photos, docs, and videos anywhere and never lose a file again. Collaborate with clients without having to explain how to use and ftp or worry if the file is too big for email. On a personal basis, my wife and I are able to take photos with our smartphone and have them upload immediately to Dropbox. This resource allows us to have an instant backup of our photos, viewable from our smartphones, laptops or desktop!



Flycut is a clean and simple clipboard manager for developers. What makes it such an amazing tool is that it keeps a history of the last 40 cut/copies to your clipboard. Unfortunately, Flycut is only available for the Mac OS through the App Store, but is open source, which means that it’s free.



Get better at time management, increase small business revenues or easily manage employee timesheets. Best cloud based multi-platform timer. Install the app on your computer and mobile devices and track time anywhere with real-time syncing and one button time tracking. Toggl autodetects idle time and gives the option to delete it if needed. Maximize productivity by connecting different tools with Toggl time tracking or build your own custom integrations using our public API.



Square is one service for your entire business, from secure credit card processing – including Apple Pay & EMV – to point of sale solutions. Process credit cards using the Square magstripe reader in your smartphone or simply enter the credit card number directly into the app. Send invoices, email receipts, or even set up a point-of-sale system. No monthly fees, just a standard credit card percentage fee.
